If you are not growing you are stood still

If you are not growing you are stood still…..

Sometimes in life it may feel as if you are not getting anywhere, stood still, not progressing and getting cheesed off with the same old crap every day. It seriously doesn’t have to be this way. You may have a ton of excuses lined up for me but seriously, you can change it. A life coach once said:

“If you want to become successful, find someone who has achieved the results you want and copy what they do and you will achieve the same results”.

But nobody wants to be a “copycat” right? Rubbish! There is literally tens of thousands of people doing the same thing in and around the world in all kinds of different industries.

The difference is that they actually took action before you did. Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and focus on what could go right. The first step is always the hardest.

A lot of people underestimate what they can achieve in a ten years but overestimate what they can do in one. Take actionable steps day by day. Get up early if you have too, miss that Friday night with your friends to focus on yourself, and invest time in what you need to do to get shit sorted out.

You may be thinking of a career change as you are sick of the politics in your work place, the commute to work or the crap pay it gives you for your hard efforts. If you want to change career look at what a highly successful person is doing in that field of interest. What are they doing different in comparison to the crap ones?

Is it their attitude, Work ethic, under skilled, or something else that is so much different? One thing for sure, it won’t be bad luck.

When we talk to people who are thinking about a career change into the Personal Training industry we highly suggest that they meet one of our tutors who are actually making a very good career out of it. This is on our 1-2-1 course which is taught in various locations. There are some good tutors out there but they suck at running a business.

That life coach by the way was Tony Robbins.
